Im Back! (As Black)

Hey RPA it’s me Blackburnt and Im back. Im glad to say this but Im back because the Vikings were stolen from me. Anyway, as I said I am glad to be back and my first order of business after being re-instated is to
1. Advertise
2. Change Uniform
Im changing the unifomr because we look way too much like GPR so our new uniform will be on the “Uniform” page so just check it. Glad to Serve Again!
